Being a CAISH member entails:

• Weekly members meeting, where we discuss alignment research with invited researchers from top labs and universities. In the past, this has included Professor David Krueger (University of Cambridge), Neel Nand (DeepMind), Marius Hobbahn (Apollo Research), Alan Chan (GovAI), and many more.

• Access to our office space, where you can meet and co-work with other members on AI safety.

• Connect with our network of past members, who are working at the UK AI Safety Institute (AISI), DeepMind, GovAI, Apollo Research, CHAI, Redwood, MATS and more.

• Join a community of undergraduates, graduate students and professionals driven to reduce risks from advanced AI.

Note: Applicants are expected to demonstrate good knowledge of AI safety, for example have completed our Intro fellowship.
